We also accept the following payment methods:

- Cheques (only for customers within New Zealand)
- PayPal (Recommended for buyers out of New Zealand)
- Offline Credit card payment: Please contact us with your credit card details’ then we will process payment for you.

Basic returns policy
Within 7 days of delivery (locally), you may return any faulty items that you have purchased from our online store. Should this arise please contact us directly via phone or email immediately.
Proof of purchase and dates are very important and should also be kept. Items sent abroad (Internationally) are allowed 30 days.
Replaced or refunded.
Items will always be replaced unless you specifically state for a refund. Please mention this upon resending the faulty goods.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the local courier or shipper, however usually this process can be done more quickly depending upon the time of year.
Product specific Policies
Jewellery and watches that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All fine jewellery and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
Any items worth more than $100.00 New Zealand or more must be returned using a trackable courier or shipping method and items more than $300.00 must also be insured.
A 10 per cent restocking fee will be applied to any items missing their original packaging.
Delivery Estimates
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors.
Firstly your shipping address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. The availability time is listed on the product’s detail page. It will usually state if the product is in stock, out of stock or in danger of selling out.
Usually local courier times should not take longer than a week, but this can depend on if an item is being sent to a city address or a rural address within New Zealand.
Please contact us (either by email or phone) should you have any concerns.
We can help to locate your item or track it during this process should anything go amiss.
