WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Louie-Thomas products can now be found at selected leading stockists and retail outlets in Australia and New Zealand. For further information on which stockists sell our products please go to 'List of stockists' on our homepage to find out where your nearest store is.  

CAN THE PUBLIC BUY ONLINE?

Currently the wholesale website is for trade only. 

IF I AM A RETAILER WHO WANTS TO SELL YOUR WHOLESALE PRODUCTS, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?

Please click on to 'wholesale' then register and login your business details. It may take up to between 24 and 48 hours for verification to complete before you are able to access the wholesale section completely.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Louie-Thomas.com accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit card payment: Please contact us with your credit card details’ then we will process  payment for you. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master card.

We ship directly from Queensland.

We can use Australian standard post or courier. Shipping time varies from 2-5 working days.

We can track and trace your order during this process if requested.

6.  POSTAL AND FREIGHT DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

We ship directly from Dunedin.

It takes normally overnight to maximum 5 working days.
